חלוצים,צבעי גיר וטוש על נייר, 22x29 ס"מ, חתום, ממוסגר, עבודה איכותית ונדירה, שנות החמישים. נפתלי בזם, ישראלי, יליד גרמניה, 2018-1924. עבודותיו המוקדמות של בזם, משנות ה-50 של המאה ה-20, זוהו עם סגנון ה-"ריאליזם החברתי", שאופיין בסגנון ציור ראליסטי ובבחירת נושאים בעלי משמעות חברתית-פוליטית. לאחר מכן הרבה לעסוק בנושאים בעלי מטען ביוגרפי כגון הגירה, שואה ועוד בסגנון ריאליסטי-פנטסטי. בשנת 1939 עלה לארץ ישראל במסגרת "עליית הנוער" בעוד הוריו נספו באושוויץ. בין השנים 1946-1943 למד אמנות ב"בצלאל החדש" בין השנים 1951-1949 שהה בפריז, צרפת. שם, למד בבית ספר קתולי לאמנות דתית. בשנת 1975 נהרג בנו יצחק לאחר שנפצע בפיגוע "מקרר התופת" בירושלים. בשנת 1995 שהה בפריז ובשנת 1997 היגר לבזל, שוויץ. לאחר מות רעיתו חזר להתגורר בתל אביב-יפו. בזם לתערוכות בגלריות ובמוזיאונים חשובים בארץ.
