מכתב מאת מערכת העיתון Die Welt בווינה, מודפס על נייר מכתבים רשמי, ממוען אל גוסטב ג. [גבריאל] כהן בהמבורג. וינה, 28 ביולי 1904. גרמנית.
במכתב, שנשלח כשלושה שבועות וחצי לאחר פטירתו של הרצל, מאשרת מערכת כתב העת (מייסודו של תיאודור הרצל) קבלת תרומה עבור הקרן לטובת ילדיו של הרצל (Nationalgeschenk für die Kinder des Dr . Herzl).
נמען המכתב הוא הבנקאי ההמבורגי וההוגה הציוני גוסטב גבריאל כהן (Cohen, 1830-1906), אשר היה ידידו של הרצל.
