Separate title pages for Part I (negative commandments) and Part II (positive commandments).
The book was first brought to print by R. Eliyahu Loans Rabbi of Worms (1564-1631), known as R. Eliyahu Baal Shem for his study and practice of kabbalah. Prominent rabbi and posek in his times, disciple of the Maharal of Prague and associate of the Tosafot Yom Tov.

[3], 2-115; [1], 49 leaves. ([2] leaves bound after title page do not belong to this book, and are from Nefesh HaChochmah by R. Moshe de Leon, printed in 1608 in the same press). 19 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains, including dampstains. Worming. Open tears to title page, affecting border, repaired with paper. Tears to several other leaves. Inscriptions and stamps. New binding.
