Includes Chiddusei HaRitba on Yoma Tractate [separate title page], published by Rabbi Chaim Moda'i. Constantinople, [1754]. First edition of Chiddushei HaRitba on this tractate. Leaves of book contain two corrections and handwritten signatures"Ovadia Ashkenazi" [possibly Rabbi Ovadia Ashkenazi, Dayan in Constantinople between the years 1789-1790]. Title page contains handwritten notation by Rabbi Chaim Berlin, listing the tractates for which there are Chiddushim in this book.
