Photographs from 1946: the front of the King David Hotel, King David Hotel and its surroundings, the extrication of Mr. Thompson from the ruins of the King David Hotel, the Rechavia neighborhood, YMCA.
Photographs from 1949: the dome of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher going up in flames (two photographs), explosion of an explosives cache in the Old City of Jerusalem, Jews going up Mount Zion on Rosh Hashana.
English information notes for the press on verso of all photographs (with titles and dates). Some are stamped with the stamps of the photography agencies.
Average size: 15X21 cm. Good condition. Minor stains.
