Sefer Yeshu'at Ya'akov on Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah.
On the Forsazt leaf, handwritten Torah novellae signed "Yosef Damesek" "Klonimos Kalman ben Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Katz … Krakow". Ownership inscription: "Belong to the … well-known … Ya'akov Av Beit Din of Lemberg". It is most likely that the copy had beloned to the author himself!
Condition: Good. Detached front binding. The Forsazt leaf is partially detached.
