The leaf is numbered: B. the complete text was printed in the book 'Bikurei Avraham' (Jerusalem, 1925) and later in 'Kovetz Teshuvot' by Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, volume D. there are textual variations. 36cm.
