Woody Allen, pseudonym of Heywood Allen (born Allan Stewart Königsberg; New York, November 30, 1935 - LIVING), is an American director, actor, screenwriter, comedian, writer and playwright, among the main and most famous comedians of the contemporary era.

Thanks to his intense film production (with an average of almost one film per year), the comic texts and gags that he began composing as early as adolescence, he is one of the most appreciated comedians internationally.
