A Group of Silver Tableware
Comprising: a coin silver cream jug marked for R. and W. Wilson, Philadelphia, a large trumpet form sterling vase ( weighted foot) marked for J.E. Caldwell, a pair of weighted sterling candleholders, a sterling hand mirror (no glass), a sterling table brush (missing the handle) a pair of 19th century open salt in silver plate by Gorham, three small sterling shakers marked for International, a sterling coin purse/compact, a sugar and creamer set , two sterling lids, a small reticulated bowl by Dominick and Haff, and another sterling bowl.
Dimensions: From 1" to 8" in diameter, the tallest piece is 10". The approximate gross weight of the sterling pieces is 41 troy ounces (this included the trumpet vase which has a weighted foot). The coin silver creamer has an approximate weight of 8.5 troy ounces.
Condition:
The creamer from the two piece set is missing the handle, the candleholders are in poor condition, one of the applied handles of a Gorham salt is missing. Other dings and dents and expected wear.
