La nostra piccola e preziosa opera riprende la parte superiore della Trasfigurazione di Raffaello conservata nella Pinacoteca Vaticana. Essa è una delle ultime opere dell'Urbinate, che si dedicò alla parte superiore della grande tavola, mentre nella parte inferiore operò Giulio Romano.

Our small and precious artwork takes up the upper part of Raphael's Transfiguration preserved in the Vatican Art Gallery. It is one of the last artworks of the Urbino artist, who dedicated himself to the upper part of the large panel, while Giulio Romano worked on the lower part.
