Set with a cabochon spinel weighing 22.93 carats, flanked by half moon-shaped diamond shoulders, mounted in 18K white and yellow gold , cabochon spinel weighing approximately 22.93 carats, diamonds weighing approximately 1.05 carats, ring size 6½
