Designed as a flowerhead, centering upon a brilliant-cut fancy gray diamond weighing 1.01 carats, within the heart-shaped pink hue diamond surround, to the inverted heart-shaped diamond petals and diamond-set three-quarter-hoop, mounted in 18K white and rose gold, other diamonds weighing approximately 4.20 carats in total, ring size 6
Accompanied by a report from the Gemological Institute of America, stating that the 1.01 carat diamond is fancy gray, natural color and SI2 clarity, with laser inscription registry, report no. 2136541141, dated 26th July 2012
