Centering upon a heart-shaped sapphire weighing 9.20 carats, surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds, to the two-tiered diamond half-hoop, mounted in platinum, diamonds weighing approximately 1.35 carats in total, ring size 6¾
Accompanied by a report from the GemResearch Swisslab, stating that the 9.20 carat natural sapphire is vivid blue color (GRS type "royal blue"), originates from Sri Lanka and has no indication of thermal treatment, report no. GRS2016-122149, dated 20th December 2016
