Designed as a stylized sautoir suspending ruby roundel tassels, to the diamond-set caps and openwork links, accentuated by the detachable pear-shaped rose-cut diamond and round white cultured pearl accents, to the similarly-set neck chain, mounted in 18K white gold, rubies and diamonds weighing approximately 176.95 carats and 3.05 carats in total respectively, cultured pearls measuring approximately 5.00 to 2.85 mm, length 63.00 cm
