Set with an octagonal step-cut sapphire weighing 4.26 carats, flanked by half moon-cut diamond shoulders and brilliant-cut diamond details, to the three-quarter-hoop, mounted in platinum, diamonds weighing approximately 1.40 carat in total, ring size 6¼
Accompanied by a digital copy of gemological report, stating that the 4.26 carat natural sapphire is intense blue color, and it has no indication of heating, report no. CDC 1003413, dated 19th March 2010
