TWO ALBUMS OF 1930S PHOTOGRAPHS OF TSANGCHOW AND SURROUNDING AREA, VARIOUS FESTIVITIES AND FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN BY DR G.W. MILLEDGE WHEN WORKING IN TSANGCHOW. Including: river views, landscapes, Siaochang Hospital, the Burial Place of Confucius, Nanking and others. Various festivities including Christmas, parades and picnics, each annotated and mounted within two albums, together with a group of loose photographs of groups of staff at Roberts Memorial Hospital Tsangchow and other family photographs. Provenance: Property of Dr.G.W.Milledge acquired during his time in China c.1930s, thence by descent.
