A GROUP OF CHINESE EMBROIDERED SILK COLLARS AND HANGINGS, EARLY 20TH CENTURY. Comprising: a blue ground collar embroidered with pink flowers and applied with five gilt-metal Buddha-shaped hat ornaments, a blue ground example embroidered with birds, butterflies and flowers centred by glass beaded ornament, a black ground example embroidered with pink flowers and applied with white metal plaques in the form of symbols and a red stone ornament, together with three various embroidered and tasselled hangings. The longest collar 42.3cm long overall. (6) The collars in good order overall with some typical wear. The pale blue collar with glass beaded ornament to centre with some loose silver threads to edge, wear to yellow leather backing, the black example with some areas of loose stitching and embroidery. A lantern shaped hanging is lacking one tassel and some green thread at bottom, the other two hangings with some wear and minor loose threads.
