A CLOSE PAIR OF CHINESE QINGBAI WARE BOWLS, SONG DYNASTY (960-1279). Each with wide gently rounded sides on a tapered foot decorated to the interior with stylised floral scenes. Each covered in a pale greenish blue glaze. 20cm diam. (2) Provenance: Property of a Lancashire family. One with a 5cm hairline to rim next to light nick. Both with areas of crazing. No signs of repair and no chips or fritting.
