A CHINESE SANCAI GLAZED POTTERY GLOBULAR TRIPOD CENSER, TANG DYNASTY (AD 618-907). Enriched in mottled green and amber glazes, with a single splash of blue glaze, on three reeded paw feet. 15cm high x 18cm wide. Provenance: Property of a Lancashire family Overall in good order, with a flat chip to upper rim, small flat chip to underside of two feet, typical glaze crazing, some minor firing cracks and sanding to glaze.
