A CHINESE LONGQUAN CELADON GLAZED PITCHER, MING DYNASTY. Heavily potted of ovoid form with three strap handles and short pouring spout. Moulded band of floral decoration with three characters to the shoulder of the jar between two handles. Covered in a green glaze stopping at the foot. 23.5cm tall. No major signs of damage or repair. Firing fault to the bottom of spout and above one handle.
