A CHINESE BRONZE INCENSE BURNER, LATE MING DYNASTY. Of hexagonal form on three sturdy lion form feet. Decorated to the body with eight immortals under raised s form handles. With a pierced wooden cover and fitted stand. 24.5cm tall including cover and stand. Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Bronze weight 1310 grams. Casting fault to one foot. Faint minor crack within wooden cover, with glued finial. Areas of loss to underside of wooden stand.
