Vienna State Plate "Daughter of Calif"
Probably porcelain manufactory Rädler & Pilz, around 1900, underglaze blue banded shield mark, gold-brushed number 190. and 2 as well as inscription, signed in the motif lower right G. Macheleidt, slightly moulded plate with fine polychrome onglaze painting in the mirror, hip portrait of a young oriental woman after the painting "Girl with Tambourine" by Friedrich Paul Thumann (1834-1908), the royal blue glazed flag with luxuriant, partly gold etched ornamental border as well as enamel and relief gold painting, very nice condition with minimal scratches, D 24,5 cm.
