Princess Diana Signed Ballet Annaul 1970's Book
It is quite ironic that a young Diana Spencer collected the "Princess" series of Annuals. This Princess Ballet book is from 1976, she has written her full name on the inside cover. There is no other writings in the book. Princess Diana Book Collection: This rare assortment that is offered is a personal collection that was owned and read by Diana as a young girl. From ballet books to girl's annauls, Diana was an avid lover of ballet and dance in her youth and also loved to support ballet events throughout her life. This is how she connected with the teacher at a Kensington play center. This book collection offered was given by Diana just after her marriage to a play center in Kensington. When it closed down, the teacher, who was also a ballet teacher, gave the collection to her daughter who was zealous about ballet. Diana, the teacher and her daughter often danced together for fun. The collection was later sold due to the need for funds.
