New, elegant leather binding. Minor stains. Some tears to the edges of the title page and more. Good overall condition.
On the upper part of the title page, a pencil notation: "שער השמים". On the first leaf, an ownership notation: "לה' הארץ ומלואה יצחק אליעזר ברמ"מ גאטערמאן".
