Вальцефер Виктор Александрович (1928–1983) — художник-график. Член Союза художников СССР. В 1948 году после окончания Московской средней художественной школы, поступил на графический факультет ЛИЖСА им. И.Е. Репина, где учился по 1954 год в мастерской А.Ф. Пахомова. Работал в книжной и станковой графике, используя различные техники. Иллюстрировал и оформлял книги для издательств «Детская литература», «Лениздат», «Куйбышевское книжное издательство», «Детгиз». С 1961 г. руководил Куйбышевским Домом народного творчества. Участник выставок с 1953 года, принимал участие в зарубежных выставках в Австралии, Мексике, Канаде, Италии и ряде других стран. Автор серии акварельных и графических портретов «Мои современники», среди которых портреты М. Барышникова, А. Леонова, Б. Мельникова и ряда других.
