The book is well-preserved and in excellent condition!

with stamps from the beit midrash of Sanz in Tzfat, Rav Haim Halberstam, know as the Holy Admor HaDivrei Haim of Sanz, who said that all of his prayers passed via this Beit Midrash.
The end of the book is missing.
