Saint Joseph with the Child Jesus, Indo-Portuguese sculpture, from the 16th century. XVIII, in ivory, partially gilded. Saint Joseph is depicted standing, wearing a beard and long hair falling over his shoulders. He holds Baby Jesus in his left hand, naked, holding the World Ball in his left hand and blessing with his right hand. St. Joseph's robes enlivened in gold. Stands on a cut plinth decorated with plant motifs in gold. With a carved wooden base. With silver lily stick, over 50 years old, unmarked, pursuant to Decree-Law 120/2017, of 15 September - art. 2, paragraph 2, subparagraph c). Failures, cracks, shortages, wear and defects. Weight approx. silver: 14 g.; Approx. ivory: 18 cm.; Approx. total: 24 cm.
