Par de castiçais "rocaille", estilo Luís XIV, em bronze dourado. Alt. aprox.: 33,5 cm.
Pair of "rocaille" candlesticks, Louis XIV style, in gilded bronze, modeled by Meissonier. Shafts decorated with three "putti", holding in their hands a vase with foliage, sitting on a composition of windings with reserves alluding to the Sun King, Louis XIV, one of which has this monarch's motto, "Nec pluribus impar". Bases decorated with foliage friezes, shells and ribbons. Marked on the bottom "9.". Defects and signs of oxidation. (2) Height approx.: 33.5 cm.
