Espingarda de caça francesa, do segundo quartel do séc. XIX.
French hunting shotgun from the second quarter of the 19th century. With two juxtaposed barrels, muzzle-loading, with the inscription "CANONS A RUBANS" on the top. Percussion side locks, of the "back action" type, with "Boutet" on one side and "à Paris" on the other. Wooden stock with finely checkered grip and a carved deer's head on the underside. Iron fittings with engraved vegetal decoration and a hinged patchbox with a spring-opening lid. Wooden ramrod with a brass worm. Signs of use. Approx. total length: 122 cm; Approx. barrel length: 79.5 cm; Caliber: 16 mm.
