Pair of candlesticks in Portuguese silver, 19th century. Decorated body with fluted friezes, resting on a hexagonal base with six feet. With the Lisbon mark (L-38.0a), datable from 1810 to circa 1822, and the maker's mark JRO (L-445.0), by João Ramos Ortiz, in use from circa 1810 to 1845. One is crooked, dents, scratches, and small defects. (2) Approx. weight: 765 g; Approx. height: 23.5 cm.
