Uncommon dressing table or "coiffeuse", D. Maria, from the 18th century, carved in rosewood. Backrest with a central openwork panel, semi-elliptical in shape, interrupted three-quarters of the way by an inverted curve. Central panel in the shape of an urn decorated with fluted and half-fluted grooves. Smooth trapezoidal waist, decorated at the back corners with a single fluted groove. Front legs with a conical section, adorned with fluted and half-fluted grooves, both ends turned. Rear legs connected by a crossbar. Approx. dimensions: 90 x 51.5 x 43 cm. Chaise de coiffure rare ou "coiffeuse", D. Maria, du XVIIIe siècle, en bois de santal sculpté. Dossier de table centrale évidée, de forme semi-elliptique, interrompue aux trois quarts par une courbe inversée. Table centrale en forme d'urne décorée de cannelures en demi-canne. Ceinture trapézoïdale lisse, ornée aux coins arrière d'une seule cannelure. Pieds avant de section conique, ornés de cannelures en demi-canne, avec les deux extrémités tournées. Pieds arrière reliés par une traverse.
