הצדיק מאמשטרדם רבי צבי הירש לעהרין (תקמ"ד-תרט"ו), מייסד וראש חברת "פקוא"מ - פקידי ואמרכלי ערי הקודש" אשר ריכזה את כל גביית התרומות למען ארה"ק בכל קהלות הו"ד (הולנד ודייטשלנד - קהילות מערב ומרכז אירופה) והעבירה אותן ליעדן, לטובת ישוב ארץ הקודש.
