Artist Bio: John Gould started his artistic career as a lecturer in fine art. His own passion for the subject matter translated into a career as the prominent illustrator for the Saturday Evening Post. From there he began a career as an art consultant/illustrator for General Electric Company in Schenectady, NY and the Erie, PA Locomotive Division. His work heavily features trains and historical subjects such as the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson River.
