PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE DEL 1923. C n. 602261 rettangolare in oro giallo 18 kt con fondello a cerniera. Q argentato con numeri arabi e lancette luminescenti. M n. 804794 a carica manuale. Quadrante, cassa e movimento firmati. Completo di fibbia originale in oro giallo 18 kt ed Estratto di Archivio. Dim. 30x25 mm. Cassa con lievi segni ed ossidazioni, quadrante con piccoli segni e trizio patinato, movimento in buone condizioni. C rectangular, 18K yellow gold with hinged case back. D silvered with luminous Arabic numerals and hands. M manual winding. Dial, case and movement signed. Accompanied by Patek Philippe 18K yellow gold buckle and Extract from the Archives. Case with slight signs of wear and two small oxidations, the dial is a little bit spotted, luminescence is slightly faded, the movement is in good working order.
