מסודר לפי חלקים, בכמה עמודים, נמצא חלק השו"ע, ולצידו ביאורים או מקורות או מנהגים בשם "אבני שהם", "אהבה עזה", "עלה על גבהם". בכתב יד נכתבו מנהגים שונים. כמו כן דיני טריפות בסדר רץ, ועוד ענינים שונים. כותב לא מזוהה.
דפים רבים פגומים עם חסרון טקסט. דפים כתובים בדילוג. סה"כ 20 עמ' כתובים.
