The personification of Summer, in the guise of Ceres with a rich drapery with bare breasts, holds the scythe of the harvest in his right hand and with his left indicates a sheaf of wheat ears. Winter is depicted in the guise of a male divinity next to a brazier with a live fire. Framed.
From an observation with Wood's lamp, repaintings appear as the result of restoration interventions. There are falls of the pictorial layer and damage to the panel (breaks and arched surface).
