"Peti-Kleen", promotional card game – advertisement for "Kleen" company cleaning products. [Israel, 1950s].
Deck of illustrated cards. The deck contains an illustrated card with the name of the game and a dozen pairs of cards with colorful illustrations of girls and boys from different professions (a sportsman and a sportswoman, a soldier and a female soldier, a worker and a female worker etc.). Each card promotes a different product. An advertisement for a washing machine is printed on the back of the cards ("Israeli washing machine / Sabra-Kleen for white laundry").
The cards are contained in the original paper case.
Total of 25 cards, 6X8.5 cm, in a paper case. Fair-good condition. Tears to some cards (open tears to two cards). One card with tears reinforced with acid-free adhesive tape. Slight stains. Tears to box (reinforced with acid free adhesive tape). Upper part of box is lacking.
