Nasce no contexto do desaparecimento do Jornal Progresso, e acaba por ser uma das principais revistas teóricas do movimento libertário e anarquistaespanhol. Dirigida cladestinamente por Juan Montseny sob o pseudónimo de –‘Federico Urales’. “Sociología, ciencia y arte” era o seu subtítulo. Exemplar com várias falhas, lombada solta, ainda assim de raro aparecimento.
