Victorian Spirit Kettle
- Antique spirit kettle. Victorian, stamped to base S & S William Souter and sons, Birmingham. The earlier format B dating it to between 1850 & 1860. Heavy copper with brass detailing and acorn pull on lid. Embossed design to top with horseshoe and ‘Good Luck’ inscribed. Which is not factory work but probably done by the traveling tinkers that sold them at the time. Condition fair with the normal age related dents. 5 pint capacity.
