Decree regulates which person is allowed to use some benefits, including what manner to move around the cities and villages.
Information:
Указ регламентирует правила поездок, количество лошадей и украшение экипажей для представителей разных сословий. Одной из целью указа была борьба с "излишествами". Например, дворянам, не имеющим обер-офицерского чина, запретили "ездить по городам инако, как летом верхом, или в одноколке на одной лошади, а зимою в санях на одной же лошади, и иметь за собою не более одного человека".
