Born in Buffalo, New York, Richard F. Williams attended the Buffalo School of Fine Art, where his teachers discovered a real talent & potential. Thus, they encouraged him to pursue a career in the art world, which he did. He became very successful in commercial art but also as a portrait artist and painter of landscapes. His oeuvres often show a strong speech in a fun and approachable manner, which made him popular in the
advertising world.
