On the front, the member information is written – Sasson ben Yitzchak of Kiach School. On the inner side of the card, there are Kupat Hasefer stamps, some designed by Meir Gur Aryeh, and list of company regulations. There is a signature under the regulations, "Kupat Hesefer Committee, Baghdad".
