Factories and Industrial Facilities in Haifa – Amiram Erev and Moshe Gross
Thirty-two high quality black and white photographs. Taken by various photographers, 1960s-70s.
Most of the photographs feature petrochemical plants in the Haifa Bay area, foundries and Vulkan Factory facilities (10 photographs relate to other topics). Many of the photos were taken by photographer Moshe Gross (born in 1952), owner of the “Keren-Or” studio for practical technical photography in Haifa, who – along with his father and his son – documented with his camera many of Israel’s infrastructure projects, industrial plants and architectural projects. Also included are photographs of the “Sollel-Boneh Photo Lab” by photographer Amiram Erev, who was active in the field of technical photography, industrial and commercial photography and who worked for Sollel-Boneh for many years.
