Frolov Alexey Ivanovich (born in 1929, Nizhniy Novgorod - 2007).
Painter. In 1947-1952es was studying at the Gorky Painting School. Work in landscape genre. Since 1966 is a Member of the Artist’ Union of Russia. In 1969-1975es was the main artist in Dzerginsk. Lectured in School (1952-1966), in the studio of Pioneers’ Palace (1966-1968). Since 1953 was a constant participant of regional exhibitions. Participant of local (“Great Volga”, 1964, 1967, 1974, 1980, 1985, 1991, 1998, 2003), republican (Moscow, 1065), art exhibitions. His one man show took place in 1982 in Gorky, in 1999 in Dzerginsk. The works of A.I. Frolov are presented in many regional museums as well as in private collection of Russia.
