Gu Luo (1763 - 1837) ”Two Children Playing in the Garden”, Qing dynasty - Pigments and ink on silk, with brocade frame. It depicts a traditional scene with two children playing with a cat in a large garden. In the background is a room with documents and writing implements. The children are wearing jewellery that looks like gold and jade, and the garden appears to be inside a palace. On the right side there is a writing with a seal.
