Wooden libation cup ”chen xiang”, Qing dynasty - Chen Xiang wood (沉香) carved and decorated with a traditional scene in half-relief, placed around and depicting a sage inside a grotto next to a tree. The shape is cylindrical but with an irregular profile. In very good condition with patina.  Height: 12.20 cm; Mouth diameter: 13.50 x 9.50 cm; Weight: 91 g Provenance: European private collection, France.
