Chinese vase with palace scenes, 19th century - Glazed porcelain vase, on white background, and glazed. It is decorated on both sides with two different scenes. One shows eight ladies doing painting or writing in a garden and the opposite one shows children playing with a ”koi” carp next to a lady. The form is a balustrade with two openwork handles, decorated with golden polychrome. On the base there is a wax seal. Height: 58.5 cm; Diameter mouth: 20.5 cm
