Chinese painting ‘Rooster’, 20th century - Ink and pigments on paper, with a carved silk frame. It shows the image of a large rooster with black plumage and a red crest, with one leg tucked up next to its body and the other on a large rock on which it rests. In the left margin it reads ‘悲鸿’ (Xu Beihong, 1895-1953) next to a red seal.  Size: 135 x 66 cm; Framed size: 197 x 77.5 cm
