Antique beaded bracelet with agate Dzi beads, Liao dynasty - A bracelet comprising a series of cylindrical, ringed beads of natural banded agate, alternating between orange and whitish bands, centred on a fusiform Dzi bead. The main amulet features a vibrant natural concentric ‘eye’, with traces of patina from age visible throughout the piece. Liao Dynasty (916–1125) or later.
