White Hetian jade brush pot, Qing Dynasty - An elegant cylindrical desk vase resting on three flat, semi-circular feet, crafted from ‘mutton fat’ quality white jade from Hetian, with a uniform translucent texture, subtle natural ochre inclusions and an impeccable waxy polish. The cylindrical body has smooth walls, and the base bears a lengthy incised poetic inscription flanked by court seals. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912) or later. Size: 8.8 x 10 cm Weight: 545 g
